Working exclusively from English into my mother tongue, French, I have satisfied many clients with my translation services. I specialize in telecommunications, information technology and medicine. I have experience in localizing websites and software (including user interface, on-line help, and user guides) and I can work with a great variety of file formats. I use CAT tools, such as Trados, whenever possible.

Trados specialist, in charge of creation, maintenance, and management of Translator's Workbench translation memories and MultiTerm databases, as well as training linguists and project managers in the use of Trados tools.

Taught French conversation and culture to girls aged 12 to 17. Helped a 2nd-year group write a short play entitled Qui est fou ?, with which they won the French drama contest organized by the Cultural Department of the French Embassy in Dublin.

Intern for the UNESCO-Chernobyl Program, Moscow, Russia

Spent ten weeks at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MGLU) in Russia. My task consisted in putting together a terminological database about genetic mutations.
